Experience

He has taken on the HR Manager of the Bandırma Kimyevi Gübre Sanayi and Abdi İbrahim İlaç respectively. He has experienced all process of human resources management basing on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) in Bilim İlaç, which is one of the leader companies of the pharmaceutical industry that he started to work in 2000.
In this period;

• He has taken on significant responsibilities on change management which has been applied by the business organization and awarded with “success award” in 4 categories,
• KalDer “National Quality Grand Prize” in 2006,
• National quality “Sustainability in Excellence Grand Prize” granted by the KalDer,
• ““Ruban d’Honneur Award” as the best business model company of the Europe by the European Business Awards,

“EFQM European Quality Award” as the best managed company of the Europe in 2011.
Finally, he has taken on the Vice President Human Resources in charge of the human resources of all companies of Yaşar Community.

Currently he is a consultant for ABORA Human Resources Management Consulting and PES Survey Employee Management Research companies.

He made board member of Turkey People Management Association PERYON the last two periods.
